Information collected automatically when you use the Site. This includes:

• IP address and general geographic location derived from it

• Browser type, device type, and operating system

• Pages viewed, links clicked, referring and exit pages, and time spent on the Site

• Cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies (including analytics and advertising cookies)

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, analytics providers, webinar and event platforms, payment processors, and partners who lawfully refer or introduce you to us.

Information related to text messaging. If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number, your opt-in record (including the date, time, and method of consent), your message history with us, and delivery status information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where applicable law requires). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

SMS/Text Message Consent

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in information are used solely by PGE Inc. (Wendy Yellen) to send the messages you have requested, and are disclosed only to the messaging service providers strictly necessary to transmit those messages on our behalf. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive text messages from us, including conversational and customer care replies, appointment and session reminders, program and account notifications, event and webinar details, and — where you have consented to marketing messages — promotional offers and announcements.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure and improve our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of certain advertising cookies through the tools offered by the relevant advertising platforms. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our services to you, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, comply with our legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Records of SMS consent and opt-out requests are retained as required to demonstrate compliance with messaging regulations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Email. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly. We may still send you transactional messages relating to your purchases or account.

SMS. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

Access, correction, and deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you; to request correction of inaccurate information; to request deletion of your information; to request a copy of your information in a portable format; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information); and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, as well as individuals in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, may have additional rights, including the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
